Lots of support calls today as well as playing with EG’s new server so it has been quite busy.
Today’s high was 29.6C so one cannot complain about the temperature.
I’m trying to get one of the lads who work here to get me some dog food when they go to Paleochora next as I have now run out so am scratching about for things to give them. Last night I borrowed a big saucepan from Κερια Σοφια and made mountains of pasta with meat. Tonight was loads of bread and more meat. Tomorrow I hope to have fresh supplies.
I am informed that Georgia has given her blessing for fence construction however I feel I should await the arrival of Janne and Erica in three weeks.
I do not intend to get involved with fences until Janne and Erica get here, despite pressure from Pantolis to get on with it. Knowing Janne and Erica as I do, I am certain that they would wish to be consulted at every stage: that way there should never by any complaint.
Simon Stallard might consider coming to Chania or Irakleon to do theatre there. I recall Greece having the odd one or two theatres at one time. Some place called Επίδαυροσ Epidavros springs to mind…
I met a couple of lads out walking tonight. One Albanian who spoke good English and hopes to go into acting in UK. I said I thought he will need to be very good as there is a lot of competition.
