Any ‘recovery’ from crisis is purely a figment of someone’s imagination or an attempt at some political manoeuvring. Greece will not recover from the present crisis for many years. Most of the money has disappeared to banks in Germany, UK or Switzerland, graduates cannot find jobs so are moving to other countries and many old and established businesses have closed down. Soon Greece will consist only of the young, the old, people who are too poor to go elsewhere and immigrants. The next bailout (MOU 3) will simply push the problem further down the road giving the EU technocrats some more time to come up with another excuse as to why the bailout didn’t work.

I understand there is a nice vacant plot next to Fitzroy. Perhaps someone will build some magistrates’ courts there…
