A few spots last night, but hardly enough to wet the sand.
Thunder and lightning with more determined rain this morning. So far Boris has remembered that he doesn’t bark at thunder however we’ve not had any serious overhead thunderclaps.
The storm appears to be moving away now but still some big spots of rain again with some lightning.
I think Millie is getting wet as I can hear some squeaking from her direction. Her boudoir is under the decking but I left the front of her cage uncovered as I felt she would be protected by the decking. Dave is ok as he’s in the storeroom.
The need to seal the gap between the bottom of the awning and the van roof is very apparent as plenty of water is coming through. I’ve moved everything under the awning or under the open windows so it should be reasonably dry.
Lots of pretty lightning…
