I have tomatoes

Another fine day with plenty of sunshine.

There was a power cut for a couple of hours this morning. Nothing very unusual there although the service has been quite reliable lately.

Somehow I got involved with helping Stavros take chairs, tables, benches and sun loungers out of the storeroom this morning. I knew that if I was to depart for the supermarket, the dogs would bark due to all the clattering, so felt it better to assist and to get it over with more quickly. Stavros would have struggled to do it on his own anyway.
When I went past the office I found your card containing the letter from the pension fund. It is the annual opportunity to opt out of the automatic 10% increase so requires no attention. There were a couple of other items from China there too.
I seem to have a couple of tomatoes on my self-seeded tomato plant. There were a few other seedlings in one of the other pots so I dug them out and planted them in the ground near the olive tree. They wilted a bit but hopefully they will recover. The Aloe Vera on the other side of the fence appears to have survived its car ordeal from the weekend.
Georgia and Maria should be back from Athens either tonight or tomorrow morning so they can take over the running of the camping. Not that there are many people here at present. Only the English couple, the young German couple and the Belgian couple with the dog who have now decided to stay a further two nights. I’ve just taken their money to the office.
I’m not really sure what I have done for the remainder of the day as it has disappeared and it’s now time to take the dogs for their evening walk.
