Thundery

Full moon is upon us once more however it hung around only a little while as it was early to bed. The dogs ended up at the right places and managed to return to the camping together.

The girls appeared to enjoy their walk which included a mad chase at the end. Isabella had a piece of wood and Sasha ran after her in ever-decreasing circles. Finally, Isabella flopped down in the sand so it was all over.

I went to the bakers via Panorama and then back to feed dogs. It was not very windy just a touch on the cool side.

Kirsti and Jorma set off for their shopping trip checking which branches still impede the progress of their van. I’ve not seen them since their return as they didn’t come to take any dogs for a walk as it was planning to rain.

I messed around with a few little jobs. A CNAME for EG, put up the LED lights around the inside of the tent sides and put down some foam pads and a blanket at the rear of the van. It appears to be a success as Isabella is lying on it keeping my foot warm.

The rain fell as I was finishing that off and is still pattering upon the metal roof as I write. We are inside. Skinny was hiding at the front of the van whilst the others are at the back of with van on the bench seat. I appear to have mislaid Oskar but I feel certain he’ll reappear when he hears the clatter of food bowls.

I put some fakes on earlier then added some leek, potato and carrot so I have that to look forward to once the dogs are fed.

I maintained my composting toilet earlier as it was fuller than I expected. Now emptied with a fresh charge of coconut so ready to go.

I have a feeling the day will grid to a halt once the dogs are fed.

A wetter day than anticipated with some distant thunder and lightning out to sea to the south
