A large dog was waiting outside the gate but she just joined in and was accepted as if she were always part of the pack.

Cloud cover prevented the moon from shining continuously as there was more cloud than empty sky. Some of the clouds looked quite dense as well as very dark. The forecast predicted the more serious rain would fall around midday so we carried on regardless.

Luis was particularly vocal when left tied to his tree but was silent when we returned from Plakaki. I didn’t hang around as I wanted to get both walks completed and the cloud was becoming more dense.

So far, much less rain has fallen than was predicted; I could see this from the satellite image before it even started. The prediction is for more intermittent rain in the night as well as early in the morning.

A cloudy but dry start followed by some rain after midday. It’s still mild although the temperature dropped once it rained.
