Coat-Off

There was a lot of fidgeting in the night so I was awake early. For some reason, Sasha seemed to wish to go for a walk around four-thirty however I didn’t. I got up and we went at the usual time.

It was much warmer and there was no strong wind. What wind there was was coming from the west. The sky was cloudy and dark in places. There were a few drops of water but otherwise, much passed over harmlessly

Skinny decided to come out again and usurped Sasha in the dog petting part of my FST. We were back around eight so I went into Paleochora for bread and groceries for the DDs. I didn’t even wear a coat!

Bona decided to work at the camping deserting the greenhouses for the day. She saw me ride past her house so called me to get her a pie from the bakery. She was waiting for me when I got back and has spent the days preparing the accommodation for the weekend and catching up with some ironing so that she can change all the beds once the visitors leave.

I had a call from a potential weekend customer but have heard nothing since so presume they are no longer interested. This was followed by the arrival of the postman with a package for Frank followed by a courier with another for him!

Kirsti came to take Isabella so I went out with Sasha or she gets very fussy. The extra walk is helpful as it calms them down a little too.

I spent a while on a long support task where I learned a lot about Windows 11 and its new security features which prevent some system folders to be relocated to other drives amongst other things. I suppose it was a great learning adventure. I stopped as I had other things to do. Microsoft has really improved Windows security from what I can see.

There were DDs to process and rice for tonight. I also needed to prepare something for myself to eat!

Slightly warmer than yesterday but the morning was much cloudier. PWS Weather says it’s going to be stormy for the next few hours. Weather Underground disagrees to I’ll go with them. AccuWeather seems to be on the side of WU too.
