It has been hot but I have sorted out the server problem at EG as well as a problem with their network switch. Inter Sport has decided to replace a load of their computers so it’s busy busy busy… Added to that, Furniture Helpline is moving offices next week and Riva in London are still having problems accessing their document retrieval.
As I write, sitting in front of a fan, with the awning open outside, the sweat from my hands is all over the wrist rests on my laptop. Valdemar is outside under the awning watching YouTube videos on his iPhone. I’m not sure everything he watches is suitable for an eleven-year-old but that’s for his mummy to decide, not me. He probably does not share his viewing tastes with her anyway. He watches either football related videos or these prank videos of people doing potty things. Sometimes the language is a little informal…
Dave overheated yesterday so I had to rush around and pour loads of water over him to cool him down. He had a good wallow in the sea later as Boris chased his ball.
I decided to try to get the awning down this morning but needed to do something with the olive trees next to the van. I pulled down the tops and tied them to the back of the van so was able to extend the awning. Not much shade early in the morning because the sun is low, but it’s nicer when the sun is overhead.
