As I may have mentioned earlier, there is still no Internet so I can only send and receive emails from my phone.
I went to the supermarket for chicken for Dave and could see that the machine which is cutting the channel in the road is already there.
I think the purpose of this exercise is to bring faster Internet connections to all the communities on the island.
Our Internet is quite slow most of the time although it is bearable. Fibre optic should bring speeds of around 20mb as opposed to the 5 Mb we currently get.
Dave’s chicken and rice are cooking and I suspect the other dogs are hopeful it might be coming their way. Alas, for them, boring biscuits again…
