Integrated?

Another successful walk this morning although the level of activity was rather low. OddJob was loose all the time so we swapped others in and out being sure of the ratio of dogs to be sure of no untoward mishaps.

My run was a shade faster than yesterday’s but then that’s not saying much. Ursula says she’s bored with her pilates routine and needs to find new and interesting ways to stretch and twist her limbs.

Paleochora was busy and quite sunny as I visited the bakery and Petrakis supermarket. I needed apples today and some nuts for Ursula. I picked up some large, black olives whilst there too. I’ve been a bit deprived recently.

Back to Grammeno to deliver the daily pastry and for breakfast with Tony and Ursula. 

I spent most of the day on Furniture Helpline’s viruses, restoring from backup and checking the workstations. The server is to be abandoned as it was past retirement anyway. It’s done very well.

Ursula made love extremely tasty apple crumble which was still hot and very yummy at teatime. I was allowed to go around twice – not a hardship. Hopefully, Ursula will be able to recreate the recipe in the future.

We walked the dogs as last night with OddJob free right from the start and some of the others attached just to keep the numbers even. They seem mostly to ignore him however, he is a little dominant towards some of the others including Fido. Interestingly, there is plenty of growling when OddJob bothers Fido when he’s on the lead but very little when I let Fido and OddJob off together. They need to sort out who is the boss!

Tony and Ursula have gone out for a meal and I am waiting for my spinach to cook whilst the rice sits over some hot water in the seamer. The spinach is easy and quick and leaves the pot quite clean. Leaving the pot with rice in creates hard work later. There goes the finished alert. Spinach and Rice here I come!
